These terms govern your use of the RosterWise marketing website at rosterwise.co.uk. Use of the RosterWise platform itself (the worker mobile app and the employer dashboard) is covered by a separate customer agreement, executed at the point of procurement.

RosterWise^® is a registered trademark of RosterWise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The four-layer Fatigue Prediction Engine architecture and AI-powered roster parsing methodology are patent pending.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with the operation of the service. Any sample roster uploaded through the Roster Health Check facility must be either anonymised or shared with the consent of the individuals it concerns.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — copy, design, code, and methodology descriptions — is the property of RosterWise Ltd unless otherwise attributed. The scientific references (Åkerstedt and Folkard, Spencer Robertson and Folkard, Ingre et al., Fischer et al.) are peer-reviewed publications cited under standard academic convention.

Disclaimers

RosterWise is an occupational wellness tool, not a medical device. The Roster Health Check report is informational and indicative, never diagnostic. It does not replace professional safety or medical advice, nor does it constitute a fitness-for-duty determination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
