Strategic Adviser: Enterprise Growth & Workforce Safety

About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced commercial or industry leader to help RosterWise build relationships with employers and turn relevant customer conversations into paid pilots and partnerships.

You will work with the team on who we should serve, how we explain the value of the product and how we approach enterprise buying decisions. This is a practical advisory opportunity for someone who can combine sound commercial judgement with relevant industry relationships.

What you will help with

• Identify promising customer segments and the problems employers are prepared to pay to address.
• Make relevant introductions to decision-makers in operations, workforce planning, health and safety, HR and related functions.
• Join selected customer conversations and challenge our assumptions about customer needs.
• Refine commercial positioning, pricing, pilot proposals and measures of success.
• Advise on enterprise procurement, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Help develop partnerships that support customer access and practical use of the product.

Who we would like to hear from

You may have been a founder, commercial director, consultancy partner, operations leader or workforce-safety leader.

You should bring:

• Experience personally selling, procuring or implementing enterprise solutions.
• Trusted relationships with organisations that manage shift-based workforces.
• An understanding of enterprise buying processes and commercial decision-making.
• A practical approach to introductions, customer conversations and follow-through.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions and give clear, constructive advice.

Experience in workforce technology, occupational safety or other relevant enterprise markets would be useful.
